Joseph Michelli is an American psychologist, speaker, and author. Indonesia love to show off, being spotted in a well known brand name like Starbucks is generally implied how sophisticated they are.
You already know the Starbucks story. People in a service industry. The guy obviously did a lot of starbuckss, jodeph the passion for his subject shows through, but he wrote it like a textbook — a very boring textbook.

Yes, readers will understand how Starbucks sets itself apart and embedded itself into the world community. Honestly, since I am a big coffee drinker especially with Starbucks, the title is what intrigued me the most when I initially bought it and reading it now.

I do not frequent Starbucks on a regular basis; however, I have been intrigued over the years by its success. No trivia or quizzes yet. After reading this book, it is no wonder Starbucks is successful as they have been. Can’t figure out if Michelli is being condescending, or if he knows his audience better than I do, and knows that he must painstakingly connect the dots for them. He started his career as a psychologist in and began writing business books in While like I said what could be expected about a book selling the ideals of such a successful company, micelli I just wish it had a more of an objective perspective.
Yet, though we have known them, sometimes we are not aware to apply them.
