I might recommend it to those who already know the e,ements and need a reference to quickly review key ideas. This book is more of a supplemental book that goes along with another textbook rather than a stand alone all in one primary textbook. However, I am not reading this as carefully as the Ulaby and Cheng books as required by my classso I may have missed some issues.
